The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

 

The Team

Dr. Gary Martin

Dr. Martin was born and raised in New York. In 1974, he graduated from the University of Hartford with a BS degree in Business Administration with a major in marketing. He then moved back to NYC and landed a job with Dun and Bradstreet as a business/credit analyst. He left D&B and went to work for the A.C. Nielsen Co. (Nielsen TV Ratings) as a TV audience researcher and analyst. He then migrated to Atlanta in 1978, the recipient of a corporate promotion and transfer.

He left Nielsen and went to work for Cox Broadcasting Corp. (Wsb-tv and radio) as a research and programming analyst. At that time, I was introduced to the benefits of chiropractic care. Inspired by his chiropractor at the time and by his passion for health and wellness, he left the corporate world and enrolled in Life Chiropractic College in the fall of 1983. He graduated from Life in September 1987 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and the rest is history. He is married to a wonderful wife, Anita, for almost 33 years. He has three beautiful daughters, Sarah, Rebekah and Rachel. His goal is to help you achieve pain relief, health and wellness.

Christopher Valakos

Chris Valakos is a Certified Health Coach from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Purchase College in New York City and from The American Association of Drugless Practitioners. In addition, he has a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from Springfield College.

He is a trained health coach who has been practicing health counseling for 5 years with specializations in men’s, women’s and children’s health, nutrition, wellness and fitness. His continued passion in nutrition turned into a quest to find a way to bring a program that improves overall health and promotes positive behavioral changes for a healthier lifestyle. This program is Ideal Protein, a proven weight loss method that teaches dieters how to lose fat while supporting and maintaining muscle mass.
